I've seen the write-ups on CL, I've seen them in person on Kofi's GS and in talking with JP at SSN this past Friday, I decided to jump the gun and try them myself.
Write up to come but I LOVE the results. No more dull yellow hue from the OEM halogens. The LEDs look so much better and like the 2006 GS/IS
Write-up to come soon.
I got the PIAAs at NOPI for $20

There was a GS recently at the auto-bacs meet with yellowish gold in the wedge. Honestly, a part of me thought it was ok, but the other part didnt like it. I think I am going to try the 1w led's and see how they turn out. I will take pictures with them.

I just got Polarg J51 and installed one of them in my Land Cruiser to see how they compared to my PIAA Super Teras. Here is the difference...
Polarg on the left, PIAAs on the right.
The PIAAs are much brighter.

I just tried out those 1 watt LED's.
well....I tried
They are more blue then the M4's. I don't think I will ever get LED's since they always have a blue'ish look. I took them out immediatly. Stupid me bought more then one set too.
Gsteg wins, I think that the M4's are the best match by far. I will say though, that the 1 Watt's put out at least twice as much light.
IMO, I think they would match like a 5000k or a 6000k HID set up. They dont match my HIR's at all and they won't match a 4300K kit. I need to take the ones out of my side markers tomorrow when there is light outside.
I will post pictures up later.

Wow....im back....for now at least.
So what kind of wedge bulb is everyone using in their inner front lights (next to high beams)?
Post up pics of the bulb/led and how it looks like from afar....if possible.
