Default HID Lights Banned? Vote to Save

I didn't see a post like this elsewhere. Dated July 30, 2003

Due to the recent DOT/NHTSA regulatory developments, all Gourmet Garage HID conversion kits (as well as any other brand name quality kits) will no longer be offered for sale in the US and its territories.

Digging for gold? This was brouhgt up months ago, but thanks for the reminder for those that didn't see it.

Personally I agree with the ban... Make it illegal. Call my a jerk, or whatever you want. At any rate; kits are *still* not hard to get online. I'm talking the same Phillips/hella quality ones that have been going around forever. Just do some research and make some inqueries...
