The tint of the plastic changed over the years, earlier ones were clear or slightly smoked, whereas the 01-up have a slight green tint. The 02/03 SportDesign cars also had special titanium-finish reflectors, I believe. A GS expert (perhaps Rominl) will be able to give you the year-by-year. As far as the bulbs, ballasts, and levelling system, I think those have remained the same over the years (Lexus may switch bulb vendors (Osram, Philips) based upon price at the time, I'm not sure).
