Swapping Interior bulbs....How do I remove protective covers?

Guyz....sorry, but Im having some problems with my order.
They forgot one of my bulbs...and the ones I ordered....Superwhites.....well....they had blue glass but they were really yellowish in color when I installed them.
So...until these guyz fix my order, and allow me to exchange for other bulbs or credit my paypal acct....Im gonna keep silent cuz I don't want you guyz to buy the wrong bulbs, or if they are A-holes about exchanging.
Im the volunteer guiney pig.
