RHD - LHD headlights for EU

RHD - LHD headlights for EU
Has anyone successfully imported their car into an EU country without having to touch their headlights?
I seem to understand from the various posts that our car could be registered in Belgium and pass the MOT without doing any specific changes to the headlights. I cannot find anything 100% certain, I find info on the adaptive headlight system but not on if there's a difference on how it's set up
on a RHD vs LHD car. The Lexus garage offered to change the headlights completely for 5K but another garage told me if the car has Xenon/LED lights these may simply be adjusted, we are taking it there on Monday so they can look at it. Can anyone that came to live in the EU and had to change the plate share their experience or has more technical
info to share? We have a 2019 ES300h sport. Thank you!!
