For those of you have never seen this - it is perhaps the most incredible part of the LFA that shows why it truly is unique. I have never seen the underside of a Maclaren P!, Porsche 918 or LaFerrari - but they can't possibly any nicer than this. Note the carbon panels, fit/finish and attention to detail on the part of a car that no one ever sees.

Perhaps this is why they said Lexus spent $1,000,000 making each and every one.

Cost of goods was $750k per unit per the guy in Atlanta who had the very early and very late builds

 

I find that very believable. They flew two guys from Lexus to do the oil change - and one had guy local - so 3 Lexus techs to do an oil change and inspection.

Nobody else does this stuff !!

 

Yes, they want to make sure all is ok

I believe all the PDIs were supposed to be done by Lexus's head tech who would go out to the local delivery dealership

 

This is why I drive soooooo slowly over speed bumps. OUCH!
