You know, I really wish Lexus dealerships listed new vehicles on their website properly (like others, such as MB, BMW, and Porsche, do).

 

this lfa is on its second engine.. replaced for knock issues...still an amazing car

Any more details on the engine issue?

 

There was one red LFA spotted here in Albuquerque not to long ago. It looked identical.

 

i was at lexus elcajon over the weekend talking to the tech guys. obviously its was covered under waranty but all they said was that lfas engine had knock issues...a new eng was ordered,replaced and its up and running...

 

Brand new LFA not even yet broken in, delivered with knock issues? Very very perplexing.

 

Thanks for clarifying. That never sounded right in the first place.

From all of the reports that have come out of the hard miles on the prototypes for 3 years, the engine is pretty much bullet proof and never misses a beat.

 

Do we have a compilation of all of the LFA's still on the market brand new?
