I just have to say that me and my buddy were lucky to attend this event too.

We got there in the morning around 8:30 and took the short training class that allowed us to drive some IS-F's on the track. It was a real treat going from my IS250 AWD to a IS-F. But they both feel heavy in the front end and like to understeer.

Riding shotgun is the LF-A with a real racecar driver was awesome. But the test ride was over so fast!!!!

A great day with good weather and good people. I also learned that Lexus is intending to release a 2011 IS350 AWD. Hmmmm?

The first "IS-F on display" in kaptain86's pictures is my F.

I had a great time at the event even though I was only there for about 2 hours, and met a couple of CL guys although I already forgot the usernames, so feel free to reintroduce yourselves!

I have a lot to think about color-wise. The samples are much different colors than the web configurator - especially the interior alcantara colors. I plan to put down my second deposit next week, although I am still waiting to hear back from Lexus to confirm lease approval.

The LFA Yoututbe video was great!!! That car has a silken gruff cool sound at higher rpm's. I would have called into work dead to go, damn.... I loved the track event there two years back.
