94 gs300

Car is not running, believed to be some kind of engine management problem. Has new distributor, fuel pump, radiator, rebuilt head, used igniter, maf, and ecu swapped in with no change. Very motivated to sell, need the space.
Body fairly straight, new interior, bad paint job.
