FS SoCal: 2009 IS-F, 30k miles, MRM, Extended warranty 100k miles
Hi all, I've been contemplating about getting a different car, so I'm listing my beloved IS-F for sale. I don't really want to sell it but I just don't have enough space keep all the cars. I'm sure most of the SoCal members have seen my car at one point. Factory options include Navigation with ML and Preferred Accessory Package.
The car is fully paid off and I have the title in hand. I've also purchased the transferrable extended warranty which will cover up to 100k miles or 2017 August, whichever comes first.
It's a 2009 and I'm the original owner. The car currently has 29,xxx miles. The car is in a pristine condition. It has never been in an accident. No dents or dings either.
The interior is pretty much flawless. I regularly detail the interior and condition the leather.
All the maintenance has been done either by myself or Tommy at Music Box with OEM oil filters and Mobil1 Synthetic oil. The engine air filter and cabin filter were replaced recently with OEM ones. I purchase all the OEM parts from Sewell Lexus and I have all the receipts.
The car is lightly modded. Here's the list of mods:
I have all the OEM parts which are pretty much in brand new condition and will be included. I included a copy of Carfax and also KBB valuation.
I'm asking for $44,000 with all the aftermarket parts AND OEM parts OR $41,000 STOCK.
I think it's a very fair price, so please do not lowball me. No test drive will be allowed without the proof of funds. I will allow Pre Purchase Inspection AT YOUR COST if you wish to do so.
Terms of sale will be cash or if you wish you give me a cashier's check, we'll go to the bank together and complete the transaction there.
If you have any questions, PM me. Here're the pics, KBB and Carfax. Keep in mind that the mileage will go up a little since I do drive the car.

- Full clear bra on the hood, bumper, headlights, front fenders and A pillars.
- JDM visors
- Mirror covers with LED turn signals
- Auto Couture front lip (painted by Longo and also has clear bra)
- Brake calipers painted factory MRM by Longo also
- JoeZ intake tube (custom anodized red done by Joe for me)
- F-Sport rear sway bar
- KW V3 coilovers (less than 10k miles)
- Volks GTS wheels Formula Silver color with Michelin PSS perfect condition (19x8.5 +36 245/35 front and 19x10.5 +43 275/30)
