FS: 1993 SC400 (5 speed swap)
Year: 1993
Model: SC400
Mileage: 100k
Price: $3000 -- OBO (NEW PRICE)
Title: In hand and clean
Location: Bradenton, FL
Description: For sale is my 1993 SC400 (1UZ-FE) with the Quantum Auto 5 speed manual conversion. I have owned this car since 2007 and it has served me well but I have found the point in my life where I am done with modifying vehicles. The back story is that I bought this vehicle 100% stock and have invested a lot of time and money into it over the years to make it unique. A full list of modifications is listed below. The main reason for the low price is because my last project was to have a Megasquirt ECU put into the vehicle to leave options open for possible boost applications. I had it sent to one shop who took too much time to complete it, then the second shop could not figure out what the first shop had done wrong. After the amount of money already in the project I eventually had to call it off. The car as of now does not run. It did run before, in fact I drove it to the first shop. What the biggest thing that the vehicle needs is just to have a stock harness and ECU installed. The motor ran like Hercules, the 5 speed swap was flawless, and overall the car is still in excellent condition. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding the vehicle, I am very adamant about communication.
Modifications:
1UZ+W58 swap (Only about 15k on the swap)
2.5" catback exhaust
Magnaflow mufflers and 3" tips
Magnaflow 2.5" X-pipe
K&N cone airfilter
LS400 front calipers and rotors
K&N Air intake
18" IS350 Rims (F:18x8 R:18x8.5)
Kuhmo Ecsta front tires (225/40/18--60% tread)
Bridgestone Turanza rear tires (255/40/18--30% tread)
99' Celica front seats
Re-wrapped rear seats, center armrest, and side armrests (leatherseats.com kit)
Alpine INA-W900 touchscreen headunit (with navigation)
Alpine Type-S 6.5" Coaxiels at all four corners
Kicker CVX Sub
TMA 500.1 Amp
Alpine MRP-450 Amp
Viper Alarm/key-less entry system
Clear GS300 side markers (one is missing)
The Good:
Door panels have no cracks and have been replaced
Front head lights don't leak
All accessories work
No bleeding from the HVAC screen (one back light bulb is out)
Major maintenance has been completed with records of all repairs (Ignition system, gaskets, timing belt, etc.)
New slave cylinder and throwout bearing
New radiator
New serpentine belt
Body is perfect (only minor scratches shown in the pictures)
Sunroof works and does not leak
Front lip only has minor crack but otherwise is in much better condition than most (if you know these cars you know how rare that is)
A/C system replaced and blows ICE cold (have documentation)
The Bad:
Needs stock harness, ECU, MAF, and to be put back together.
Driver grab handle is broken
Driver side A pillar lower trim crack (very common)
Passenger side A pillar lower trim patched
Minor paint splatter on rear seat in one location (shown in picture)
One side marker missing
Dash needles are out (originally replaced with new ones and have lifetime warranty. Need to just be sent back to get repaired)
Minor cracks in center vents
Steering wheel, E-brake and shift **** leather is worn
Celica seats rock some
This about all I can think of now. Below I will post a couple of general pictures and right below this statement is a link to many more detailed pictures of everything from the condition of the wiring/motor now, interior, exterior, and modifications. Thanks for looking!

Will also include a spare passenger side tail light that does not leak. Just never got around to installing it. Also I have a set of stock side markers and rear seat belt trim.
