That price is kinda steep. If you get close to $35,000 for it you should be happy. I just bought my brand new 06 IS350 from a lexus dealer for $38,000 with no milage. But good luck to you. On auctions they're going for average of $33,000 and max of $35,000.

which S4 are you looking to get? audis in general have pretty bad resale value. i was offered 35k for a 2004 S4 (no nav) that had less than 30,000 miles. the dealer started off pricing at 48,000 lol and it took me about 3 days to break him down. nice car, but i passed it over for my IS350. the V8 just isnt that fast and it guzzles gas. the interior is dead sexy though...sigh, there is no perfect car.
