Sounds about right, except the 900h. I bet that LS gets 100mpg and 1,000hp

Thanks for the pic.

So that means the IS250/350 convertible hardtop will be launched in January 2007 as an early 2008 model ?

So no regular 2 door IS coupe then I guess ? . . . . . .

of course this is the tentative schedule... hence no disclaimer saying what i can and cannot do with it ... if it was that important im pretty sure the memo would have had greater administrative sources rather then passing it out to every single employee at the dealership. as this is the tentative schedule.

The LS typo concerns me; it doesn't seem like a valid source...

Where did this come from?

Note at the bottom it says 'Team One' which is the name of Lexus' primary advertising agency.

yea, looks like January 2007 for the IS convertible. Hmm that means the "near production" concept will be shown sometime this year.

I guess Lexus is going to make all of their coupes hardtop convertibles IS, SC, LF-A (unless the LF-A outright replaces the SC). I don't mind this commonality, I think it will be pretty cool for Lexus to have an entire coupe line up of hardtop covertibles.

An IS250 hardtop convertible would be heavy & slow.

I think they should make it IS300/350 for the convertible . . .

all depends on what you buy it for... there are plenty of 4cly BMW and Audi convertibles around here (i suspect due to higher starting price anyway), and we all do mention how Lexus has to "compete" :-).
