have any of you sued lexus in small claims up to 10k

for repairs barely out of warranty,

have an 06 RX 400 with only 50k miles
needed new water pump, timing belt, radiator
they did nothing when asked for help

even bought that ridiculous platinum warranty never used

am about to file
