2016 ES350 USB Port mp3 Browse problem
Hello All,
I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem and what the fix is, if any. I have the regular stereo system with navigation and I installed a flash drive with a few thousand mp3 's into the USB port and for about 4 years have had no problem with it. One day I wasn't able to use the "Browse" feature and when I tried to either go to the next track or the previous track using the buttons on the steering wheel, nothing happened, even after pressing the buttons a few times. After a few minutes the tracks started to go up and down as I pressed them earlier. I bought it to the dealer and they replaced the unit which was still under warranty. That was about 3 months ago. Today, the same thing happened. Some one on this site had responded to a previous post and said that sometimes if the flash drive has anything other than mp3's on it (I assume like album cover files) that this can happen. I'm wondering if this is normal for this (some kind of hiccup that can't be solved because of the operating system) or should I bring it back to the dealer. Thanks for your help.
