Angry Strange new audio issue on my 2012 IS350 RWD

I got into a minor rear end accident yesterday where I hit the guy in front of my going less than 10 mph. There is just a small scratch and dent on my front bumper but right after that I started to notice problems with my audio system. The volume and mode can only changed using the steering wheel controls. There is a cracking like sound that comes from the speakers whenever its connected to my bluetooth from my iPhone. sound is perfectly fine when its playing through AM/FM radio but as soon I switch back to bluetooth the cracking comes on and goes away but comes back after a while. I tried to disconnect the battery and reconnect and nothing. Checked the fuses and they look fine too. Now it sounds like the disk changer is infinitely stuck when it is on ACC mode or even when the car is turned on, sounds like it just keeps rotating CD disks or something inside even though I have no CD inside. It won't stop doing it unless I turn the car off completely. Can anyone please help I have no idea what to do
