I have a 2015 Lexus IS250 that has recently ran into a problem. All of a sudden, about four or five days ago, the sound stopped working.

The unit turns on, every single thing works, other than the volume ****, volume switches on steering wheel, and the voice command button on the steering wheel. I can press the volume **** in to turn audio on and off; however, it does not register at all if I try to adjust the volume. It’s not coming up on the screen as if The volume is adjusting, but no sound is coming through the speakers. The switches and **** just aren’t registering at all other than being able to turn audio on and off by pressing the **** in.


I checked the fuses under the steering wheel. I peeked at the RADIO fuse and AMP 1 and AMP 2 fuses. Everything was kosher there. Does this sound like an amp issue to everyone? Or, did I perhaps miss checking a fuse or something else?
