2019 RX350 9 speaker
Have a 2019 RX350 9 speaker system. Came from 2 RX's that had a 12 speaker system.
The 9 speaker system doesn't sound good.
Any ideas on how to remedy the situation? What can I do to make it sound like my previous 12 speaker sysem?

Here are a couple of part and location guides for the RX. It appears that the systems differ in
the 9 speaker set up has three (3) 2.7" front tweeters and no subwoofer while the 12 speaker
array has five (5) 3.5" front units and the 7.8" woofer in back.
Perhaps www.crutchfield.com can help with this?

Do you know if a dealer would do this for a fee (change from 9 to 12 including the woofer. Or maybe I should go to Best Buy, I've dealt with them in the past with good luck.
A higher end place I checked with wanted about $750 just for the front speakers?!
What a sound snob I've turned out to be, got spoiled with 12 speaker system.

Perhaps the subwoofer out of a recycling yard from a wrecked RX? The nice thing about the
factory setup is that it takes up no room. I enjoy hearing a nice aftermarket sub but gotta wonder
when you open the trunk and see...subwoofer and nothing else will fit.
The diagrams and part information is from the Toyota/Lexus Tech Info System,
