Default Valentine 1 hardwire question

Has anyone hardwired their Valentine One into their GX? I was able to get the instructions on how to remove the homelink console, but I can't ring out the 2 different connectors to determine which (if any) of the wires is 12v switched. Has anyone done it yet or does anyone have a copy of the schematics for the connectors in that overhead console?

I did it in my GS a few years ago, but I took a 12v constant lead and don't want to make that same mistake with the GX. Any assistance would be appreciated. One other thing, where the hell is the ground up there???

I second that request I'll even post pictures of the install assuming nobody flames me for violating some safety regulations regarding the use of radar...

Default Revisiting

Just revisiting this post... Has anybody hardwired a radar yet and found the appropriate wires? I haven't even looked yet. Suppose if I get motivated I could open it up and ring them out...

Default Schematics

I have some of the schematics, but they are sitting in a box somewhere from my move to the new house. I will try and locate soon, hopefully before the holidays, but not likely.

I don't know how close the wiring is to an '02 RX300, but I completed a V1 hardware on it. I took out the reading light/sunglasses holder console. There's a bunch of wires up in there and I used a voltmeter to tap into the switched power for the autodimming rearview mirror. The sunroof motot is also up there, so I grounded the V1 to one of the screws that hold the motor assembly in place. There's a more detailed posting in the RX300 section. Hope that helps.
