Unhappy Help. 2006 Lexus navigation screen stopped working.

Hi guys,

Recently in my 06 lexus is 250, the stock navigation screen has stopped working. Over 2 days it would occasionally turn on and off.. During this time i would sometimes get a really weird power consumption screen, as if i had a prius, it showed regenerative power, and even the look of my climate controls were different. Finally it stopped turning on, and it has not been on ever since. Currenntly the screen does not turn on, the side buttons are not functional, nor do they light up. The radio still works and the security alarm light is still working as well. I looked through almost every forum about this before making my own account to post.. I can not find any good information, I asked a Lexus service tech, he said to replace the part will be about $6000 which is CRAZY. I have already removed the part, and have shipped it to a shop in California, called Hi-Tech https://hitechserv.com/

Kind of worred now, if those guys can repair it or not. And if they can i have no idea how to plug it all back in, and there doesnt seem to be much information online on this. Do i need to recode anything? I have attached pictures of the power consumption screen.

Thanks in advance for the help.

PS. I also took a good chunk out of my dash taking the navigation unit out so any advice on that as well would be fantastic!
