New install, only 1 subwoofer working
I have an 07 IS350 and just installed a Line Output Convertor to be able to add an amplifier and two 12” subs.
The problem im having is only the Right side sub is getting power. If I switch the speaker wires to the other side, then that sub works but not both at the same time. Already swapped rca cables, 3 different amps, and another sub box and it’s the same. For about 30 seconds both subs started to work, however, the Left side seemed like it was out of phase and neither had any deep bass. Do I have a faulty LOC? It’s wired to the 4 wired to the factory sub.

Well I rewired the loc so the positive brown & pink wires (factory sub wires) are together as well as the light green & blue wires off the factory amp. No change, only the passenger sub gets power. Swapped the speaker wires and driver side sub works fine. It just won’t power both.
Whats going on here? Verified subwoofers, amplifier, rca cables, and speaker wires are all good.

If I turn lowpass filter on the amp off, both subs work but really don’t add any added volume and have zero bass. If I unplug one of the rca cables, then 1 sub has tons of bass but the other isn’t putting out any sound.
Is it possible to have clear/loud bass with an LOC ?

It sounds like you might have your subs wired in Stereo, meaning one to the left output, one to the right output. Most amplifiers used for subwoofers these days are mono meaning 1 channel. So you will probably need to wire your subs together in order for them to work properly. Now this is an assumption since you have given little detail as to what all you are using other than a LOC with an amp and a pair of 12s.
If you can give me more specific info, such as brand/model of amp you are using, and brand/model and impedance rating of subs you are using I can be more specific with my answer.
