Angry Seat Warmers

Last winter the seat warmer switch on the driver's side of my ES got stuck down. When my dad finally got sick and tired of his butt being warm all the time, I guess he took the switch out and detached the wires. Well when he tried to put it back in, it wouldn't work anymore. How much would the switch replacement cost? And would the Lexus dealership do that? Thanks.
