Default please help!!!

i've just installed 2 12" rockford HE subs in a sealed box with the rockford 700s amp. i also installed a capacitor. i still have the stock nak speakers in the doors and they are currently powered by my head unit which is a alpine cda-9813. i also removed the stock sub from the rear deck so the sound will come out better.
the system sounds really really good inside the car but when im ouside it still isnt as loud as i want it to be. how do i get the sound to come out of the car more. also what it the biggest speaker that can go in the stock locations on a 91Ls400. i know they have 4" speakers stock but i would like to install 6 1/2's so that i can put a decent size amp on them and hopefully get that sound coming OUT of the car. any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!!!!!! remember the bass and the rest of the system sound PERFECT, if only it could sound the same from the outside
