nackamichi sound

If I buy a nackamichi (spelled right?) deck, will the system sound better than stock, or is there speakers/amps that were included in the nackamichi systems in these cars?

Of course it'll sound better. I'm not sure if the amp/speakers are Nakamichi, but I did notice that the speakers are made in Japan while I was replacing one of my rear ones.
