Some guy wanting to buy my cd changer wanted to know if he could have the control cable as well. What on earth is that???? Could someone please explain to me what that is on a 94 Ls and if i need it if im planning to install a new reciever. IM keeping my factory speakers but adding 3 12's and a new amp.

 

its a control cable for a stock trunk mounted 6 disc cd changer off a 94 Ls and a pioneer system. Do i need this item if im getting rid of the cd changer???
