Default 99 GS400 w/nav sub upgrade

Need some help. I have install pioneer 10 sub free air 4ohm sub in the plase where the factry 10 was but the factry is 2ohm. Now i want to amp this sub so i go mono kenwood amp hook the power amp also have a high input and rca inputs. So i use the high inputs from the sub conectors coming from the radio and going to the factry sub. Fire everything up and it dose sounded ok but wasent what i expect. Next step was to get high to rca adapter and try that from the old sub output to rca converter. Sound ok but if i crank up the volume the sub is getting push too much and sound bad. What i'm tring to find out if i can get a sub output from the back of the radio or is there a addapter to get from the sub wires from the back. I just need the best way to wire this setup i have above and i don't want to change the radio because of my factry nav. any sugestions.
