Default 2IS Non-ML Factory amp 2ohm stable?

I recently placed an order for a set of midbass speakers to upgrade in my car but they only come in D4 config.

My question is if the 2IS Lexus IS250 Non-ML factory amp stable for 2ohms for speaker channels? Specifically front mid-bass.

Cannot find the specs for factory amp on the web anywhere, so before I install it i just need some reassurance that I won't dmg the amp if I install these mids.

Anyone know the answer?

I don't know for sure but I would say that a OEM amp is not going to be able to drop that low. I wouldn't run anything lower then 4 ohm. I expect it may run and then protect but only a few times before it fries something.

The stock amps are NOT 2 ohm stable. If you're running 2 ohms, lots of stress on the stock amp, even at low to moderate levels.
