My current progress on this box is basically I'm almost done with the wooden structure, and then I am planning on getting plexiglass on the top window and front middle. As you see the bar that goes accross in the front, underneath that there will be a neon light(probably blue) and the amp will be in the middle behind the plexiglass at an angle. So hopefully the neon light will light up the middle and will look nice. Also as you see in the corners in the front sides that is not mis shape, its that there are also going to be 6in neon tubes behind a curved sheet of plexi glass. Also the future plans for the amp section I am going to mirror tape the walls of the inner box and hide all the wires underneath the support and will look real tight. More pics will come later, its just that a man can only stand so much freezing temp during April, damn New England.(we're expecting snow tonite and its APRIL!!) So hopefully when it warms up and even if it doesn't I will still build it. It will definitely be done by next week so more pics to come. Also this is my temporary box, my real box is going to consist of fiberglass.

One question:
Is it possible to bend a sheet of plex? and how?

Thanks, Josh

its not possibly to bend plexiglass, at least what i know of. unless its like 1/8" thick or a small sheet like paper. but for a box im sure your gonna use 3/4" plexi.

I agree, it's not possible to bend 3/4" plexi. For the box you're building you need to use 3/4". I know what ya mean with the weather, I've been installing my sound deadoning and I've had to use a heat gun for every single piece, ahhhh. Good luck with the project, it looks like things are going nicely, can't wait for the final product.
