There are quite a few "OE Integration" devices on the market to achieve what you are trying to do. Search YouTube for what you are looking for, as well as Hi-Lo converter. You will need a device that will take high level (speaker wire outputs) and convert them to RCA/Interconnect connections for the amplifier that you are adding. As mentioned by the previous member, a signal summing device such as the CleanSweep by JL, the 16-6ix my Memphis or a 360 by Rockford Fosgate would give you a full spectrum to send to your amp(s). If you only want to add a subwoofer amp, you could simply wire tap the signal to the factory sub with a hi/lo converter and use it. Been done many, many times before. Just gotta read up on it and decide which way you wanna go.

Need help! 2000 gs300 stereo
I installed an Alpine CDE-W235BT in my car and when I had it installed, BBY had to bypsas the factory amplifier. I was wondering why they had to bypass it and if there is any way I could wire it to the radio to give it power bc without the amp there is no sub.
