im needing some help with a jap import 2006 is250, im in new zealand, the sat nav screen was working ok (obviously no gps being from japan and im in nz) but then went to contact dealer cant read programme . I then contacted navigation systems in austrialia who have the discs for nz who told me just load the disc up and all will be good. Iv since found out after removing sat nav unit that there is no dvd slot behind the clock- it has a hdd in behind the unit itself. Can anyone tell me what i need to do to get this thing working again- lexus here in my area of nz have had little to do with import lexus is250s and are not much help .After contacting navigation austrailia again they now tell me my car needs to be country coded before the dvd disc they have given me will upload to the hdd?




Can anyone shed any light on this?
