I'm a new member, and I bought my new-to-me Lexus on Monday night. I really love the car, but there is one shortcoming I need to address. I need a Bluetooth and/or USB solution so I can handle calls hands-free and either stream audio via Bluetooth or through USB. I'm looking for a solution that is unobtrusive, looks factory installed, and fits my needs. I'd like to keep the factory radio at this time.

 

Oh, I am using an iPhone 5 as my media device.
