m. high pass 70hz 24db/oct (use this at "zero level")
m. low pass 4khz 24db/oct (also zero level)
l.low pass 100 hz, 24db/oct

Yes, there is an overlap for the tweeter and mid. These are best guesses...give them a shot and let me know how it sounds!
