Hi guys I just bought a 2009 is250 awd and I don't have nav or the bloothooth options on my steering wheel

I found a few navigations on alibaba such as:

I need something with hands free talking I'm a realtor and use my phone in car so I don't have the bloothooth option on my steering wheel and would like to get any good nav/ bloothooth items that might be good for me. Thanks guys I appretiate this help if anyone can.
