Anyone have any experience modifying the outside mirrors by adding LED turn signals? I've read some of the other threads on this - but none for LS430. It looks like a rather straight-forward DIY. Carefully detaching the back of the mirror and finding the correct right and left turn signal positive wire and a solid ground wire to tap into look like the only real challenges. Where are and what color are the correct wires to splice into? Where should / can I find the correct right and left turn signal wires? Under door sill plate? Up in the front fenders? What color are the turn signal wires? (I'd probably use a wire toner to find / trace the positive wires.) Thanks in advance for your comments & input.

 

can't be done.
i got a Ucf20 and tried that..
bought some legit arrowed turn signals and tried to install em..
the mirror lexus has are way to thick
could barely see it day/ or night
removed the heater pad and everything.
i suppose the only way to have it visible is to scratch off the back reflector some
