I have an IS250, year 2007. I bought it 3 years ago. Since then, the name of the previous owner and his device shows when I try to connect my iPhone. I can pair my iPhone but it does not happen automatically. I have deleted the previous information. When I stop the engine and start after some time, the previous information appears again and my information disappears. I talked to Lexus dealer, they told me they had never heard it before. They advised me to disconnect the battery. It still did not work. The radio channels were deleted and had to be set again but the previous owner's device was still there.

 

try doing a system reset.. disconnect battery for more than 10 minutes..also check this out it may help..
