The Lexus Link phone module (ECU) intercepts speaker wires between the stereo amp and left rear door speaker. You can bypass the phone system with the speaker wires or try to disconnect the phone ECU all together. Although disconnecting the ECU might not let the audio pass thru (not tested). Let me know if you want the speaker wire colors and locations going into the phone module and out? The phone module is in the rear qtr. panel area that should be accessable from trunk floor.

I guess I told you this already in post: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...threadid=63738

Sorry, don't have the RX service or electrical wiring diagram. I can tell you that the front door speakers in the 3rd gen. LS have negative (-) on the pink wire and (-) on the red or yellow wire for the back door speakers.

Default VideoNavi and dvd navigational

hey VideoNavi,

are you saying that you're able to view your dvd's on the navigational screen?
if so, was this something you're using after market of a dealer item?

On our LX, we simply took out the fuse in the box under the hood that was labeled Lexus Link. All audio works fine, but obviously the Lexus Link system is totally disabled.
