Default Upgrading interior speakers soon on IS350. Need Suggestion

I'll be upgrading my interior speakers soon and wanted to get some suggestions from the pros on what to get. What I've done as far as audio goes is hooked up 2 12" kickers with a 1000W amp with bass ****. i disconnected/removed stock sub. I have crazy bass but highs and mids need upgrade bad. Also, what amp and how many watts will i need to run the highs and mids? Oh btw, i have non ML system.

JL Audio always had good quality and sounded good to me. It's kind of expensive though.
