Default 06 IS250 Speaker Questions

Hello guys!
I am quite new to CL and also new to Lexus!
I am 18 years old and currently live in the 626 SoCal area. I was given a 06 IS250 for my graduation present and I am loving the ride.
I have premium sound (Not sure and highly doubt it is ML) but it does provide a decent sound quality while driving. Although I honestly can say it is lacking both high and low ends compared to all the BOSE systems out there (not to mention some cars actually get BOSE systems for stock audio).
So I have been noticing some flaws on my car. Indeed it is an old car, but my rear speakers behind my back seats seem to be getting VERY loose. I attached some pictures below and I got quoted 350$ for labor and then some $$$ for the parts.
I was wondering if there was any cheaper way to fix this? I am currently in College and of course, tight on money so if you guys can spare some wisdom or some DIY tutorials if possible, I would really appreciate it!

it is coming loose on both sides

i'd find a local car stereo shop or installer to see whats physically wrong (we charge $45 to diagnose probs, that also applies to repair cost) if is just loose or broken tabs should be an easy enough fix.... 350 sounds a bit high... get a 2nd opinion asap

i have the same thing happening on my IS. that piece has 4 or 6 plastic clips along the 4 corners and the middle and they are molded to the entire cover itself. Once broken, it needs to be glued and let sit. (is how i fixed mine). im sure there are other ways to fix it. the cover is covering the factory subwoofer. also you know if you have ML system by looking on the radio near the seat heaters and it will say Mark Levinson on the bottom in white. lol.

Bose isn't always the best audio system in a car either. It definitely isn't highly regarded in home audio circles. Yes, it is popular but you have to look at the crowd it is popular with.
