Hi all,

Followed the instruction to installed ML+ but the Video Graphic Mode does not come on. Is there anything missing. Looks like the NAV recognizes ML+ ok but what happened???

Please push and hold the SCAN button to switch over to Graphics mode.

 

I've got this same problem!! I tried to press/hold scan but it doesn't do anything. Is there a tech support line??

 

You can call us at 720-733-2348 for any technical questions/issues. Please make sure you push and hold the soft SCAN button on the screen, and not the physical SCAN button on the face of the radio.
