Putting Together New System: Advice Wanted
I am researching what I am going to do with my next car audio system. The one in my Lexus was LOUD, and the subs hit pretty clean.
However, for the next car, I am hoping to get loud and clear from the Mids with a small amount of clean bass, less than a single 12 puts out.
The next car(GTO) has a total of:
one pair of Tweeters on the dash,
a set of 4" Mids next to the rear seats,
four 6" Mids, two in the doors, two in the rear deck.
This is what I am thinking so far:
-Alpine IVAW203 HU with Power Pack
-Focal 165 A3 in the rear deck
-Focal 165 CA1 Tweeters in the Dash, Woofers in the doors, and Mids next to the passenger seats
The other option I was thinking about was replacing the 6" Mids in the rear deck with JL 6W3's and a JL 300/1 amp.
Any Suggestions?
