Default Bluetooth issues....

First I want to say that I do not own a Lexus. I do however work at a Lexus dealership. I've searched through the forums and haven't really found an answer yet. I've had several customers with bluetooth problems and I'm trying to find a solution. When the car is first started, the NAV screen will come up like you're on a call. The minutes will count. All before the screen ever says "Bluetooth connection successful". It seemed to be just Blackberrys at first. And it seemed to be only after there was a software update done to the blackberrys. It now seems (according to a couple of salesmen) that other phones are doing this as well. It does only seem to be Verizon phones though. I don't know if Verizon's updates make the phone thinks it's making a call and confusing the bluetooth system or what. I would like to find a solution for my customers. Has anyone had this experience and found a solution?
