Default What could cause this?

The other day I was reattaching my inside rear view mirror which had been broken or something before I bought it. I hooked up the wires, and nothing..... I measured voltage, nothing... I then ohmed the wires and came up with a short (had continuity between pos and neg). After all this, these things are wrong with my car:
1) When starting, the climate control does not come on or remember where I had left it previously.
2) The two trip odometers reset before every startup
3) The clock no longer works. If I press one of the three buttons to set it, it lights up a little in something that's not even #'s
4) power door locks no longer work
5) Memory seats no longer work

I forgot to mention that on the same day, I removed the drivers side door panel. It's possible something came unattached and I could see that being the problem for #'s 4 and 5, but what about the rest of the stuff.
Is is all part of a wiring harness and I could have blown something somehow? Or maybe some obscure fuse?
Please help, I can't stand to have me car not be perfect.
I have a '93 SC300 with 91k BTW
Thanks all,
Tim

have you checked all of your fuses it could be that you have a short somewhere or you could have cut a wire or something when you took the door off
