Well, after testing and browsing all over my ES350 UL, i can't find a hidden place to put my Kicker DX350 aside ONE location: under the spare full size wheel in the trunk, it will be under the spare wheel and i have to remove the long screw bracket that lock the wheel in place.

My criteria is that the amp has to be hidden, able to access it easily and not in the way if i have to change my tire in case of a flat (i travel extensively).

What do your guys think as for ventilation in that area ? i can remove the one side of the styrofoam that holds the tools to make the air circulate.
