On my 02 LS430 got this error on my navigation screen, saying no dvd is not isntalled or something like that, I accessed the player in the trunk took both screws out and pressed the eject button but nothing happens, dvd wont eject, I dont even hear if there is any movment inside the player either, it has power and can get some sort of reading from it, cause when I open the player by sliding the door open, the screen sasy dvd door is open.........Help me

 

you can take out the whole assembly from the trunk. take out the dvd from the nav al together.

 

Thanks tkkidd, I took the whole unit out, but how can I take the dvd out???? I even took the plastic face plate off but I dont see how else I can get it out
