I have a Stiletto 2 that has hardly been used. Used it last summer out by the pool in a home dock. Few weeks ago, decided to go take it with me on a bike ride, and the battery was dead. Tried charging with the wall charger and it would not take a full charge. Again, been using it around the house with the dock just fine. Now, it wont even turn on at all. Not even with the USB cable. Have done the whole take the battery out thing with no luck.
My question is this. Do you think that if the battery is toast this would still cause the unit to not work in the cradle, with a USB connection or while its on the wall charger? I don't want to waste more $$$ on this thing if it is shot.
I had a Stiletto 100 that I had since they first came out. Left it in my 2007 Tundra when I sold it. Replaced it with this one which is supposed to be better. I noticed that Sirius has discontinued the Stiletto. Why cant they come up with a decent receiver????
