ES350 2008 with ML: need upgrade

ES350 2008 with ML: need upgrade
I've read about all the audio in here but nothing about upgrading with ML setting. I'm ready to increase the output for the sub and more so with better quality speakers, but don't know where to start.
My previous car had a set of component in front Infinity Perfect 5.1 200watts RMS and an Image Dynamic 12's sub. Amps are Kicker DX350 and Alpine V-power for the component. In all, it is very decent for me and throw out about 600watts RMS. Now, have it said that, i wonder if i can upgrade the ES for more power and clarity.

Also, can somebody tell me the total RMS in the OEM amp for the ML.
