Since I got the car (94 GS300), I havent had time to really mess with the disc changer, since Ive been doing so much other maintenance. Anyways though, problem is when I try to eject the "disc shuttle" nothing happens. I dont know if theres supposed to be lights on or what back there. Radio works fine just no CD. Where should I start? Is this common or an ez fix? Or am I just SOL lol. Im still pretty new/dumb to this car Thanks for any and ALL help/suggestions.

 

It's a semi common issue. Usually something is blocking it so just put a flat head screwdriver on the bottom and pry up while pushing eject. Otherwise you may have It unplugged so just remove the cover and look at it. If that doesn't fix it then u may b sol unless you decide u wanna by mine lol

Alright, so I made sure it was plugged in, and now it tries to eject but just doesnt budge...I tried the screwdriver and it still didnt work, so Im thinking I may just be SOL lol....any other suggestions?

 

is there any noise when u hit eject?

 

Yah theres a noise like its trying to eject but just wont move or come out?
