yeah, it's a bit pricey. you can get it on ebay for half that though. i will most likely be picking one up so i can drop some things into my gs. gl with whatever you choose.

I can tell you everything you ever wanted to know about the 3sixty.2.

It is a GREAT processor, don't let people tell you otherwise without giving a very good example.

I'll also let you know, I killed one by accident when doing the remote turn on leads to the amps, and RF replaced the unit for me for $110 in three days time...well out of warranty. They stand behind the machine.

Ask anything you want about the 3sixty.2. The only things better out now in my opinion:

Audison BitONE, has its own issues though and costs a lot.
Zapco DC, excellent but costs a GRIP.
Some really high end head units do everything a processor like the 3sixty.2 can do and more...so some HU's qualify as better.

BTW I currently have two installs running full active with the help of a 3sixty.2 processor.

System 1: 2008 Tribute with F900 navi deck, single RCA's out to the 3sixty.2, then sent out to Phoenix Gold RSd amps 500.4 main amp 4ch, and 1200.1 sub amp mono. Components in front are SPX-17PRO Alpines running active crossed off the RSd500.4, crossovers from the 3sixty.2 are 3k highpass @ 24dB/oct on the tweeters in the upper door panel, and the woofers are bandpassed 3k lowpass, and 75hz highpass, 24dB/oct in factory location. Rear speakers are stock and playing roughly 20dB lower than the front stage, running off deck power. The sub is an Eclipse SW8000 in a sealed box, passed at 80hz and EQ'd gently to blend. All speakers are time aligned w/ the processor for proper image above the dash. I've also T/A'd the whole system relative to the subwoofer, so the bass feels more "up front."

System 2: 2008 Focus (my bro-in-law's car), purchased my older 3sixty.2 and had me build a system for him with all my hand-me-down parts. Deck is the stock HU, with front channel line-level speaker wire to the processor. Then runs from the 3sixty.2 are to a pair of PPI DCX amps, a 300.4 for the fronts and 500.1 for sub duty. Speakers are Canton RS line, in the upper door panel on the tweeter, and stock locations for the woofers. Subs are a pair of Fi Audio SSD 10". This system's cross points are still in the works, but so far we are at 3.15k @ 12dB/oct highpass on tweeters, woofers are bandpassed at 3.15k @ 12dB/oct lowpass, and 70hz @ 12dB/oct highpass. T/A is pretty good, with the image a little forward of the dash pretty close to chest level. The processor has done well but the stock HU is holding me back, and the speaker locations are detrimental to the image but I have no other options for now.

I hope that helps clarify.

I just type 3sixty.2 reviews on google and I get pros and cons about it. Not trying to bash it.

Just as I answered GS4 Fiend regarding noise, this unit introduces a noise floor to the system in the form of hiss. Most processors do. One of the things I do to quell the noise a bit is to reduce the gains on the amp as much as reasonable, especially on the tweeter channels.

I can get a really good deal on the Cleansweep. Gotta think about the 3sixty.2. Anyways, I think I'm going to need an EQ since the Cleansweep flatens out the the music. Which EQ would be good to get ?

doesn't the 3sixty have like 26bands of equalization for the front channels and 16 for the rear? something like 11 for the subs!?!? you should not need. if the hiss is that pronounced, i may have to reconsider what it is i do....

most of the bad reviews u will read are from DIY guys who installed it wrong.

honestly, for what u are lookin to do the cleansweep should be a perfectly accepted processor to use.
