GS300 Pioneer Sub amp

Where is it found? or is the pioneer amp a 5 channel amp like the Nak? I am trying to fin this out because i am installing my AVN unit but i want to retain stock amps.. both of them.. And need info on the amp/amps.. and i have searched fyi does anyone have a wire diagram of the amp so i know which wire are which? i know this is newbee questions but any help would be appreciated.. Thanks

i have a 2000 GS400 with Pioneer should be same.

Yes it is a five Chanel amp in the passenger foot area under / behind the glove.

Look around there should be some info here on this board including wiring.

I could be wrong. Your best bet would be to get a wiring harness plug like posted here.

I belive this would bypass the factory amp though.

thanks for the info.. but i would like to keep the stock amp. anyone have a wire harness for the amp?

U cannot keep the factory amp on the gs because it requires a digital turn on that only the stock unit can provide
