Hello All ,
Can anyone make any suggestions on an after market head unit for a GS300 to fit flush on the dash with the climate control all suggestions welcomed thanks in advance

That quite a big category of head units. You might want to narrow that down to what functionality you want and what you are planning to spend.

Are you planing to upgrade the speakers?
Are you planning to power the speakers with the Head Unit or Amps?
